Retailers often rely on multiple bank accounts and want to have an overview of their own data, without having to connect to different applications for different banks.
Now, this was made possible thanks to Knox: a platform where retailers can work on a single environment synchronizing data from bank systems. If also banks use Knox, this is performed totally automatically.
This was made possible by a new communication system that allows an easy dialog between the different instances of the software. The retailer can therefore, for example, see the aggregation of all collections counted by cash centres of its referring banks. At the same time, in its own Knox platform, the retailer can collect all service orders – both the orders entered by the points of sales and the automatically scheduled ones – and send them to the banks’ platforms.
